The hotel was overall clean, and I booked a double room with street views, which was excellent. the staff were outstandingly accommodating. the location was marvelous, with Anne of Cleves House just a short walk away. there were a shopping center and a market nearby.

Staff really helpful and cooperative, with exceptional customer service. The breakfasts with hot meal. Prime, good location near to really cheap as well as the centre. Honestly no complaint...

I loved 1 night in this property. Exceptionally clean and simple hotel with exceptionally nice location within walking distance of train station, just what I needed. The service was good! Location: the venue was close enough to the center and shopping mall.

Brand-new room and modern all around. Exceptionally comfortable bed for sleeping. Good and perfect location in Dubai, close to the shopping centre, and many sights along the creek.

The room had a very comfy bed, a seating area, and a balcony. the breakfast offered a wide range of fine food and drinks. the hotel is located very close to the old, authentic Dubai and the beach.

Great location right next to a metro station and a traditional market that takes place in November. Plus, it's just a quick walk to the beach at 8 am 🌅. the convenience is unbeatable for a 13-night stay!.

I absolutely loved the beautiful decorations throughout the hotel. The elegant furniture and tasteful artwork made me feel like I was staying in a luxurious palace. The hotel's general areas were always neat and clean, which I greatly appreciated as a senior traveler. Additionally, the hotel had excellent facilities and accessibility for senior people. The lifts were spacious and easy to use, and there were plenty of comfortable seating areas where I could rest and unwind after a day of exploring.

The only improvement I would suggest for a better vacation for senior people is to have more assistance available from the staff. As a senior woman, I sometimes had trouble carrying my luggage or navigating through the busy areas around the hotel.

The rooms here are modern and new, with very comfortable beds and a great location near popular attractions by the creek.
